Lovely hotel with excellent location between the station and the city centre. Extensive breakfast, spacious and clean room and very friendly staff. Very quiet atmosphere, no noise.

Location was fine. Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and the room was clean. On arrival we didn't have to wait until 14.00 hours, but we could check 2 hours earlier.

The location for Florence was convenient and perfect, just off the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the train station and airport tram and train/bus stations. There were a kettle, a writing desk, and thick blackout curtains in the rooms, which made them well-equipped.

Liked my room, it was quiet and heated and with a really lovely balcony, 1 large bed, great towels. The location in a quiet area was great and there were a market and several stores nearby.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety that satisfied my whole family, including the teenagers. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and made-to-order items. Plus, the location was super convenient for exploring Florence on foot, with everything just a short stroll away!
In my wife's opinion, the room needed more lighting for a bright atmosphere. It would be great if they could also provide more hooks or space for clothing, especially with a busy family like ours.
